Plan cards and the comparison table now spell out seats, limits, rates and which features are on which tier.

The plan cards and the comparison table were rebuilt around what you get: seats, knowledge base limits, monthly workflow executions, the per-minute voice rate, per-message rates, and the feature set on each tier. Where a line needed explaining it has a tooltip instead of a footnote.
Rates that depend on where you call are stated as such rather than left to be discovered, and the agency side has its own cards and a calculator for what a plan returns. See pricing.
