Agent builds that fail now say why
A failed build shows the reason instead of spinning until you reload.

When building an agent failed, the dashboard kept showing a loading state with no end to it, and reloading the page was the only way out. The failure now appears with the reason it failed, and the build no longer sits in a pending state forever.
