Carriers in India
India has more than one carrier, and they do not stock the same numbers. Pick one from the Carrier dropdown above the number list. What each carrier stocks is written under its name when the list is open.

Verification does not carry across carriers.
Verifying on one carrier does not verify you on the other. If you have bought a landline number before and now want a mobile number, you go through that carrier's verification once before your first purchase on it.
A carrier that is temporarily out of service is still listed, greyed out, with a short note saying why. The shop moves you to a carrier that has stock.
Pricing
Monthly rental
Each number has a monthly fee shown when you browse. You pay for 30 days at a time and it auto-renews.
Telephony channels
Channels are how many calls can run at the same time. Concurrency applies to your whole account, not a single number, so every agent and number draws from the same shared pool.
- Your plan includes a base number of channels.
- Add more anytime from Billing → Telephony at $6.74 per channel per month, billed from your wallet. Release a channel whenever you no longer need it.
- Sizing: channels = (calls per hour x average call minutes) / 60. Round up and add a buffer.

How to purchase
India (+91)
One-time verification per carrier. Indian regulations require eKYC before your first purchase on a carrier. After that, purchases on that carrier are instant.
Go to Numbers Shop in your dashboard, pick a carrier from the Carrier dropdown, and select a number.
Click Reserve & Start KYC. The number is held while you verify.
Complete the eKYC for that carrier. See eKYC verification (India) below.
Confirm purchase.
Attach the number to your Voice AI agent from the Phone Numbers page.
United States (+1)
Business verification is required before you can buy a US number. It is a one-time check on your business, not on you personally.
Go to Numbers Shop in your dashboard and switch the country to the United States.
Click Business Verification and complete the four steps. See Business verification (US) below.
Search for a number, click Purchase, and confirm.
Attach the number to your Voice AI agent from the Phone Numbers page.
eKYC verification (India)
eKYC is a one-time identity verification required by Indian telecom regulations. You do it once per carrier, and after that you can buy numbers from that carrier instantly.
The two carriers do not ask for the same things. Pick the tab for the carrier you are buying from.
Aadhaar by OTP. Nothing to upload.
What you need
- PAN card: your 10-character PAN number
- Aadhaar card: linked to a mobile number, so it can receive an OTP
- GST number (optional): only if you are GST registered
Steps
Your details: your legal name, email, and phone as per government records.
Verify OTP: you get one code by email and one read out to you on an incoming call. Answer the call.
PAN: enter your PAN number and business type.
Aadhaar: enter your Aadhaar number, then the OTP sent to the mobile linked to it.
GST: enter your GST number, or skip this step.
Review and complete: check your details and finish.
Aadhaar through DigiLocker, and each document is uploaded as a PDF.
What you need
- PAN card: the number, plus a PDF of the card
- Aadhaar card: a DigiLocker account to verify with, plus a PDF of the card
- GST certificate: required for business accounts, as a PDF
- Your state and district, picked from a list
Documents are PDF only, up to 10 MB each.
Steps
Registration: choose individual or business, then your details as per government records, including state and district.
PAN verification: enter your PAN number and upload the card.
Aadhaar verification: click Verify via DigiLocker. You are taken to DigiLocker, sign in there, and come back to the dashboard. Then upload your Aadhaar card.
GST verification: business accounts only. Enter your GST number and upload the certificate.
Review and submit: check your information and complete verification.
Finish DigiLocker in one go.
The DigiLocker link is good for a single attempt and expires within minutes. If you leave it and come back to a stale link, you land on DigiLocker's access-denied page. Start the Aadhaar step again for a fresh link.
Individual accounts on Carrier 2 skip the GST step entirely.
Business verification (US)
US numbers need your business on record before you can buy one. It is four steps and you do it once.
Business information: legal business name, business type, and industry.
Business address: your registered US business address.
Authorized representative: the person authorized to act for the business.
Review and submit: check everything and submit.
Submitting hands your details to a partner review that runs on its own clock. You do not have to wait for it: while the review is pending your numbers work, with standard caller attestation. The shop shows Verification pending until it clears, then Business Verified.
Before you buy
Check a number's reputation.
For Indian numbers the shop shows a link to look the number up on Truecaller before you buy. A number that was in use before you can carry a label from outside our platform, and that label follows the number, not the account. The check is advisory and does not block the purchase.
Managing your numbers
After purchasing, manage your numbers from the Phone Numbers page.
- Attach to agent: Connect your number to a Voice AI agent to enable calls.
- Renewals: Numbers auto-renew monthly if your wallet has sufficient balance.
- Release: Release numbers you no longer need. They won't renew next month.
