Will my clients see OmniDimension anywhere?
No. Your platform runs on your own domain with your logo and your emails. There is no OmniDimension branding in the client experience.
How long does setup take?
The branding and domain steps take under ten minutes. DNS can take up to thirty minutes to update. Most agencies are live within the hour.
Can I set my own pricing for my clients?
Yes. You decide what to charge your clients. We charge you the plan rate, and the difference is your margin.
What happens when voice minutes run out?
Usage continues automatically at your plan's overage rate, with no interruption. You can also top up mid-cycle from your billing page.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply once your current client count fits the lower tier.
Do I need technical help to set up?
No. Add your logo, enter your domain, create one DNS record, and you are live. Pro and Premium include a one-on-one onboarding call if you want one.
