Connect a mailbox and your agent reads, replies, and threads email on its own.

You can now deploy an agent on email. Connect a mailbox from an agent's Deploy menu and it reads incoming mail, replies in the same thread, and keeps context across the conversation.
A new conversations view lets you search threads, page through history, and take over any thread to reply as a human when you want to step in. Open an agent and choose Deploy > Email to set it up.
