Editing an agent used to mean editing what your callers hear, immediately. You can now save a version, publish it, and keep working in a draft that only reaches live traffic when you publish again. Test calls always run your draft, so you can try changes before anyone else hears them.
Version history is a timeline in the agent editor: what changed between two versions word by word, who saved it, and when. Restore any version in one step. Campaigns and call details show the exact version that ran, so a call you are reviewing traces back to the setup that produced it.
Saving, comparing and restoring versions is included on every plan. Publishing is available on Early deployers and above. Saved versions are kept about 90 days, and the published one is never removed. Read the guide.
