A clearer top-up and billing-details flow
Add invoice details during top-up and return to a live balance confirmation after payment.

The top-up flow now asks who the invoice is for and shares the same billing-details form used elsewhere in the dashboard. Country and state fields are searchable and remain usable inside the payment dialog.
After a successful Razorpay top-up, the return path opens Billing and shows the updated balance confirmation rather than leaving the customer on the page where checkout started.
