Zoho Bigin, in the workflow builder

Connect a Zoho Bigin account under Integrations, then drop the Zoho Bigin node into a workflow. The node runs after a call finishes and writes what the call produced into Bigin.

You map the fields yourself. The node reads your own Bigin schema, so the panel offers the modules and fields your account actually has, including custom ones. Choose a field to match on and the node updates the existing record instead of making a second copy of someone already in your CRM.

Calls arrive tagged and carry their timing and recording link, so you can find them again in Bigin. Voicemails are reported as voicemails, not as completed calls.
