Overview
Run client accounts from your own product: create them, fund them, verify them, buy them numbers, and control what they can do. All over the API.
A reseller account owns client accounts. You sell Voice AI under your product, and each client sits one level below you. A client is a separate account with its own balance, agents, phone numbers, and users. You decide what each one can do and what it pays.
You run all of it over the API with a single reseller key. That key acts on your own
account by default, and on a named client when you pass user_id. Your clients never
have to see our dashboard.

How it compares to OmniRelay
Both products let you serve clients. Pick the one that matches how your clients work.
| Reseller API (this section) | OmniRelay | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | Your own product, driven over the API | A branded platform with your own domain |
| Client sign-in | No dashboard for your clients by default | Clients sign in on your domain |
| Branding | Your name, logo, and sender on email | Your full domain, branding, and pricing |
| Billing | You fund clients with credits | You pay a monthly plan and set client pricing |
Both need a reseller account. OmniRelay adds the white-label platform on top of it.
How the API is shaped
Every reseller call is one of three things:
- Something on your account, such as a credit transfer or a client list.
- Something on a client's account, named by
user_idororganization_id. - A client-scoped call on a normal endpoint, where
user_idpicks the client. The same endpoint withoutuser_idacts on your own account.
The rest of this section covers each area in turn. The Reseller API page is the journey, and links to each area.
