Call back from a different number: when a campaign calls the same person again, the call goes out from a different number in your pool than the one that called last.
Skip numbers that do not exist: the campaign does not dial a number the carrier reported as invalid on your account in the last 14 days.
Both are off by default. Turn them on in the campaign settings.
