Retry campaign calls on your own schedule
Set a different wait before each retry, and call back people who picked up but never spoke.

Auto retry in a campaign can now use retry steps: an ordered list of waits such as 1 hour, then 3 hours, then 1 day. Each retry waits for its own step, and the number of steps is the number of retries. A retry that falls outside your calling window moves to the next opening.
Campaigns can also retry calls with no conversation. Choose No conversation to call back people who picked up and said nothing, or No conversation or a short call to also include very short calls. The same choices are in the Retry Calls dialog for manual retries.
