Campaigns accept your account's timezone
Creating a campaign no longer fails when your account uses a timezone outside the old list.

Campaign timezones were limited to 25 zones, while your account accepts any timezone. If your account used one outside that list, such as Asia/Calcutta, creating a campaign failed. Campaigns now accept every timezone your account does.
