Each WhatsApp number now has an Insights view with message activity, delivery and read rates where the provider reports them, and a clear status when the number needs attention. Choose a 7, 30, or 90 day range to see how activity changes over time.
Open the number's settings to find its profile, receiving-message setup, reply controls, and health details in one place.
