WhatsApp number settings now include a list of customers who opted out, with a way to add or lift an opt-out. When STOP handling is enabled for the number, a customer's STOP message records the opt-out before the agent replies.
The inbox labels opted-out contacts, and a blocked send explains why it was refused. Broadcast results count opted-out contacts separately.
