Create a broadcast as a draft, review its audience and template values, and send a test before launch. The review shows invalid or duplicate CSV rows and prevents launch when the balance is insufficient.
After launch, see delivery, read and reply rates, spend, and the reason a contact failed or was skipped. Replies appear in the WhatsApp inbox, and contacts who opted out are counted separately.
