Open WhatsApp to see conversations across your connected numbers, read the full thread, and take over or hand a chat back to your agent. Start a new chat with a template, send photos or documents, and reply to a specific message without leaving the workspace.
The thread also shows campaign replies, workflow messages, and WhatsApp calls when those features are enabled for the number. Number settings and the customer's details are close to the conversation.
