More natural replies on WhatsApp
Conversations now support quoted replies, typing signals, and reactions.

On supported Meta Cloud numbers, agents can show that they are typing, quote the message they are answering, and use an emoji reaction when it fits the conversation. Quoted replies and reactions appear with the original message in the workspace.
These touches can be managed for each number in its WhatsApp settings. Agent replies must be on, and reactions require the reaction service to be enabled for the account.
