OmniRelay: manage your clients over the API

The reseller API now covers the full client lifecycle:

• Client API keys: issue and revoke keys for your clients' users. Every key change is recorded.
• Act for a client: pass user_id on knowledge base, calls, call logs, sessions, integrations and number routes.
• Numbers: attach or detach a number for a named client.
• Access: block and restore a client's users, or a whole client organization.
• Release: end a client relationship for good, so the person can sign up fresh later.
