# Usage and analytics (/docs/reseller/your-business/analytics)

> See your whole book at a glance, find the client that needs you today, and drill into any client. Read-only.

Your reseller dashboard has a **Reseller** section with your clients and your usage. It
is read-only insight: it changes no balances, rates, or billing.

## Analytics [#analytics]

**Reseller → Analytics** answers two questions. Is the business healthy, and does
anything need me today.

The top of the page leads with the answer: your profit, your margin, client usage, active
clients, and your balance and runway. Details like top client, monthly plans, and balance
used per day are collapsed until you want them.

The clients table lists every client with its status, minutes, spend, and profit. You
can search it and filter by status. A client shows one of four states:

- **Negative balance**: calls are failing. Top the client up.
- **Running low**: runway is seven days or less.
- **Active**: usage in the period.
- **No activity**: nothing in the period.

Clicking a client opens a panel with that client's profit from them, their spend, and
their usage by product.

## Organizations [#organizations]

**Reseller → Organizations** is your client roster. Add a client, move credits, set
concurrency, block or release a client, and see each client's users.

Each client shows a status: **Active**, **Expired**, **Blocked**, or **No users**. A
client is Active when at least one of its users can sign in.

Analytics shows a client's **usage** status. Organizations shows its **sign-in**
status. A client with no recent calls is still Active if its users can sign in.

The same figures are available over the API, for your whole book and for each client. See
[Usage and margin](/docs/reseller-api#usage-and-margin) on the Reseller API page.
