No. Your platform runs on your own domain with your logo and your emails. There is
no OmniDimension branding in the client experience.

## How long does setup take? [#how-long-does-setup-take]

The branding and domain steps take under ten minutes. DNS can take up to thirty
minutes to update. Most agencies are live within the hour.

## Can I set my own pricing for my clients? [#can-i-set-my-own-pricing-for-my-clients]

Yes. You decide what to charge your clients. We charge you the plan rate, and the
difference is your margin.

## What happens when voice minutes run out? [#what-happens-when-voice-minutes-run-out]

Usage continues automatically at your plan's overage rate, with no interruption. You
can also top up mid-cycle from your billing page.

## Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? [#can-i-upgrade-or-downgrade-my-plan]

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply once your current
client count fits the lower tier.

## Do I need technical help to set up? [#do-i-need-technical-help-to-set-up]

No. Add your logo, enter your domain, create one DNS record, and you are live. Pro
and Premium include a one-on-one onboarding call if you want one.
